At NUR, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Return Period

You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram DM, or Email with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Picture of the unopened item

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, as they vary by governorate.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will only be processed after inspecting and approving the returned products.

  • Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.

  • Pick-up attempts for returned products will be completed within 1–3 working days.

  • Our working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.

  • Refunds are made only after approval of the returned products.

  • For third-party financing/payment methods (Souhoola, ValU, Sympl, etc.), the refund period may vary depending on the provider’s policies.
