Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund, as they vary by governorate.
Refund Timeline

Refunds will only be processed after inspecting and approving the returned products.

Once approved, the refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Pick-up attempts for returned products will be completed within 1–3 working days.

Our working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
